What services does Pura Vida Growth offer?
We work in six territories: Deserve to Grow (structured business diagnosis), Brand & Experience, Content & Creativity (our monthly program in three levels), Campaigns, Paid Media & Growth, and Digital Experiences. The AI Hub is its own area, with two pillars: AI Roadmap, which includes AI Training (also available on its own), and AI Agents.
Do you work with businesses outside of Costa Rica?
Yes. We are based in Costa Rica but work with businesses and organizations in the United States, Panama, the Caribbean, and the United Kingdom. We work with them remotely.
What is Deserve to Grow?
Deserve to Grow (D2G) is a structured diagnosis of the business across up to six territories: business direction, brand and offer, customer experience, growth and communication, operations and information, and digital and technology. The scoping call decides which ones matter. It takes four to eight weeks, depending on complexity, and ends in an Opportunity Map and a phased roadmap. It is typically the starting point for new clients.
What is a Micro Campaign and how long does it last?
A Micro Campaign is a focused, short-duration digital campaign (typically 4 weeks) built around a single objective: a product launch, a seasonal promotion, a lead generation push, or an awareness spike. It includes strategy, creative assets, copy, and performance tracking.
How do we start working together?
The best starting point is our 'Build Your Idea' tool or a direct contact message. We review your situation, schedule a brief discovery call, and recommend the most appropriate service. If you are unsure where to start, Deserve to Grow is usually the right first step.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. Project-based work (a diagnosis, a brand, a site, a campaign) is scoped and priced per engagement. The PVG Program is month-to-month after an initial 3-month commitment. We do not lock clients into multi-year contracts.
How involved do I need to be in the process?
We work alongside you, not above you. We need your input at key moments, briefing, feedback rounds, and final approvals, but we handle the execution. Expect 2 to 4 hours of your time per month on a Program, and more concentrated involvement during project kick-offs.
What information do you need to get started?
For most projects we need: a brief description of your business and goals, access to your existing brand assets (logo, colors, fonts), your target audience profile, and any relevant performance data you already have. We will guide you through a structured onboarding to collect everything needed.
How are your services priced?
Most engagements are quoted in a proposal after a brief discovery conversation, because the price depends on scope and complexity. Two offers have a published fixed price: the Goodie Bag and the Growth Session. The monthly Program has fixed tiers so you always know what your level includes. We do not bill by the hour: the Growth Session is one fixed price for one session and its written recommendation, not an hourly rate.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For larger projects, we typically split payment into two or three milestones (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% on delivery). Programs are billed at the start of each month. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. With participating cards, you can pay in 3 or 6 interest-free installments (tasa cero).
Do you work with early-stage startups or small businesses?
Yes. We work best with businesses that are ready to invest in growth. If you are still validating the idea, start with Build your idea or a Growth Session before a larger engagement.
How do you use AI in your services?
We integrate AI tools into workflow design, content production, and data analysis, not as a replacement for strategic thinking, but as an accelerator. We help clients identify where AI can reduce friction in their own operations and implement those integrations with intention.
Do you build custom AI tools for clients?
Yes, through the AI Hub. The AI Roadmap finds where AI creates real value in your business, and AI Agents designs and builds the solution: workflows, integrations, dashboards and automation with a human brake. AI Agents starts with a free conversation and a definition document with a verdict, so you only build what makes sense. If you already have an AI Roadmap, the agent is scoped from it.
What kind of results can I expect?
Results depend on the service and your starting point. Micro Campaigns typically show measurable engagement and lead metrics within the campaign window. Deserve to Grow takes four to eight weeks, depending on complexity, and ends in a phased roadmap. The monthly Program shows compounding results over 3 to 6 months. We set specific, measurable goals at the start of every engagement.
Can you guarantee results?
No. Anyone who guarantees specific outcomes is overpromising. What we guarantee is rigorous process, transparent reporting, and honest communication when something is not working. We set measurable goals at the start and report on them every month, but every business context is different.
How do you measure success?
We define success metrics at the start of every project, typically a mix of leading indicators (reach, engagement, leads generated) and lagging indicators (revenue, retention, conversion rate). We report on these metrics monthly and adjust strategy based on what the data shows.
