Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Pura Vida Growth website (puravidagrowth.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Pura Vida Growth provides creative consultancy services including but not limited to:

• Brand strategy and positioning
• Digital marketing campaigns and management
• Website design and development
• AI integration and workflow automation
• Content creation and social media management
• Client portal access for campaign reporting

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payments are made by bank transfer or credit card. With participating cards, 3 or 6 interest-free installments (tasa cero) may be available
• Service agreements specify deliverables, timelines, and scope
• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
• Custom projects require a 50% deposit before work begins

• Our AI diagnostic tools provide general guidance and are not a substitute for professional business advice
• Campaign results depend on multiple factors; we do not guarantee specific outcomes
• We are not liable for third-party service interruptions (Meta, Google, payment processors)
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question

• All website content, branding, and proprietary tools remain the property of Pura Vida Growth
• Deliverables created for clients transfer ownership upon full payment
• We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San José, Costa Rica.
