About the role
Pura Vida Growth is looking for an AI Integrator Intern to help us explore, test, and implement AI tools across our creative and operational workflows. This role is for someone who is genuinely curious about artificial intelligence, understands how to apply it practically, and wants to help a real business get smarter about how it works.
You will work alongside our team to identify opportunities, test tools, document workflows, and help us build an AI-powered operation that still feels deeply human.
What you will do
- Research and evaluate AI tools relevant to creative and operational workflows
- Test and document AI integrations for content creation, automation, and analytics
- Help build internal AI playbooks and standard operating procedures
- Assist in identifying repetitive tasks that can be automated
- Support the team in learning and adopting new AI tools
- Contribute to client-facing AI strategy recommendations
What we are looking for
- Genuine curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Make, Zapier, etc.)
- Analytical mindset: you like understanding how things work and making them work better
- Basic understanding of automation concepts and workflows
- Ability to document processes clearly and concisely
- No formal AI background required. Passion and initiative matter more
- Availability for at least 20 hours per week
